SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We offer weight-based shipping rates for all domestic orders:
- Orders under 0.5 lb: $4.00
- Orders 0.5–1 lb: $7.00
- Orders 1–3 lbs: $12.00
- Orders over 3 lbs: $18.00
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $150
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Heavier orders (3+ lbs): 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Packaging All trading card singles are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders or card savers. Sealed products are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Costner's Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
